About Us
About Us
We're not here to reinvent the sandwich, we're here to make it right. We prepare most of the meats in-house and cook chicken breast and steak sandwiches from fresh (as in never frozen or pre-cooked). Our ice cream is a small batch ice cream from a Florida-based company that has been in the same family for over 45 years, and it is outstanding. Born in Ocala's Old School Plaza, The Sandwich Authority and Old School Ice Cream serve up deli favorites and hand-dipped ice cream the way it should be: simple, local, and full of flavor.
